中文摘要 | 隨著全球資訊革命,人類生活產生許多重要改變,尤其網際網路的快速發展與應用,使得傳統商務被電子商務所取代,估計到了2003年全球電子商務交易總額將增至一兆四千億美元,顯然已經對全球經濟產生重要的影響力。近年來,臺灣和大陸在高科技與通訊及網路事業方面積極發展,為推動高層次的電子商務和經濟資訊做準備,未來兩岸的在這方面將形成既競爭又合作的態勢,因此「電子商務發展」也就成為兩岸經貿分析不可或缺的新興議題。本文旨在深入了解兩岸電子商務發展現狀與特色,並就雙方政府相關政策進行分析比較,藉以找出兩岸電子商務發展的最佳及合作之道。 |
英文摘要 | With information technology revolution, importance of traditional business has been gradually decayed by electronic commerce. The turnover of electronic commerce in 2003 is calculated approximately as much as $140 billions, revealing significant meaning of global economy. This trend has influenced Taiwan and China as well. Recent years, both sides spare no effort on high tech and communication industries in order to push economies to higher levels. It makes the development of electronic commerce a new issue for the study of economic relationships between Taiwan and China. |
