英文摘要 | Xun-Zi in his “Evil Deposition Theory”(性悪篇)believed people have physiological and psychological desires when they were born. How to obtain and satisfy the desires was their natural deposition. However, the limited social resource was insufficient and not easy to get; therefore, it was impossible to avoid competing during the process of pursuing commodity and benefit. As the result of competition, it not only changed the human nature, but also destroyed the social order. Because the thought of traditional Confucianism in governing a nation was inefficient, Xun-Zi proposed the theory of “The Way of Heaven and Human”(天人の分), which attempted to release the human thoughts from the restriction set by heaven, promoted the ability of human, developed natural resources, and also offered the methods of increasing natural resources output. The management and distribution of material resources was regulated by “The Rules of Proper Conduct”(礼義の治), and it enabled each person to obtain just satisfaction. “The Rules of Proper Conduct” is the main method of re-establishing social order. This paper will explore the origin, process and characteristics of “The Rules of Proper Conduct”. |
