中文摘要 | 本研究以文獻調查法、深度訪談及KJ分類法,整理臺灣近二十年喜餅禮盒包裝設計相關資料,探討臺灣喜餅禮盒包裝插圖設計之表現類型,以臺灣前六大喜餅品牌--郭元益、伊莎貝爾、義美、禮坊及大黑松小倆口、丹比為主要研究樣本,共蒐集到285個樣本,另加上其他品牌樣本85個,共計370個樣本,分類後歸納出十種類型,並分析各類型插圖運用之特色,綜合歸納研究結果以建立設計歷史資源,提供設計師插圖設計之參考。所得結果摘述如下:(一)喜餅禮盒包裝上插圖設計表現類型中,依序是「花卉瑞果類」有118個(41%),「人物類」72個(25%),「吉祥圖紋類」佔25個(9%),「立體裝飾類」22個(8%),「幾何圖案類」20個(7%),「龍鳳祥獸類」11個(4%),「卡通化類」7個(2%),「風景類」6個(2%),「相框類」3個(1%),「實物呈現類」有1個(1%)。(二)插圖的使用受傳統吉祥意涵影響,以如龍鳳或鴛鴦圖樣象徵喜慶祥瑞,表達人們願望與理想。(三)受社會環境轉變影響,如近年風行之極簡風格,純粹運用獨特印刷材質、多功能結構代替插圖。(四)受流行時尚奢華風影響,如郭元益拉法頌系列,移植英國BURBERRY名牌風格。(五)喜餅禮盒包裝插圖常出現相互模仿抄襲、甚至跟隨某些名牌構圖的設計情形。 |
英文摘要 | This research is mainly conducted by "the method of documents investigation", provided field study with wedding Pastry manufactures and packing designers. The interview conducted in great depth which elaborates the related documents and progress of wedding Pastry packing design in Taiwan for the past twenty years. It examines the packing design towards the top six brands in Taiwan nowadays, which including the arrangements of colors and illustrations, the passage of the styling changes and the analysis of the images used in the local chain stores of Taiwan for the past five years. In general, the conclusion of the research has built an asset in design history, which provides a practical reference for design manufacture and wedding Pastry suppliers. It could be a teaching reference for relevant courses of Department and Graduate School of Visual communication Design in the same time. Herein please see the summary: (1) One hundred and eighteen out of all chosen for the best styling among wedding Pastry illustrations are the floral and fruity arts. (2) The management of packing illustration is effected by the traditional hints of blessing and joy, especially for the couple cake of Chinese dragon and phoenix. The designs such as dragon and phoenix or mandarin duck symbolize good fortune and long life, also speak out what people wish to make in life. (3) Influenced by the society changing, in recent years the clear-cut style was designed, it has replaced the illustration methods with the unique printing materials and multi-functional constructions. (4) Influenced by the luxury trendy in fashion, the consumption habits come to sophisticate goods prevalence such as Kuo Yuan Ye Foods' L'AFFECTION whose check series was inspired by Burberry style from British (5) From the collected samples, found that the inter-copy or mimic, even crib from some famous brand's design is very common. |
