中文摘要 | 針對多樣生產績效的綜合型派工法則改善了大多數派工法則只提升系統單一特定績效的弊病,但並未將之與其它生產策略整合。因此,本研究擬本著綜合型派工法則,結合其它生產控制策略,發展一晶圓製造廠現場整合性之派工策略,以提升晶圓製造廠整體之生產績效。本研究將融合過去學者們所提出的投料法則、交期指派法、與機臺保養等策略,加入綜合型派工模式,提出一個能適應各種生產情境之整合性派工策略數學模式,並以實例說明,建構出八種在不同的生產情境下最佳整合性派工策略數學模式。最後,以模擬方式,與各種不同之單一派工法則做比較。結果顯示,本研究所提出的策略不論在何種情境都有10%到20%的生產績效的提升。 |
英文摘要 | A combined dispatching approach can optimize multiple production purposes. However, it does not integrate with other production control strategies. The main purpose of this study is to develop an integrated job dispatch model to include production control strategies and further promote the overall production performance in any case. The proposed integrated job dispatch model is based on the combined dispatching approach and includes due date assignment, order release, and total preventive maintenance (TPM) strategies. For demonstrating purpose, 8 different scenarios are generated, and simulation experiments are performed. The optimal control weights of the integrated job dispatch model for each scenario are obtained. Finally, comparisons between the proposed model and several single-purposes model are made. The proposed model has around 10% to 20% improvement in all cases. |
