中文摘要 | 近年來在許多產業中,廠商有大者恆大之趨勢,市場成為少數領導廠商所掌控的寡占市場。且因產品的生命週期日益縮短,交期及價格已為顧客選擇製造商的主要考量因素。本研究在寡占市場環境下,考量寡占市場特性,訂定顧客需求函數,在給定顧客需求函數及滿足顧客交期的服務水準下,最大化廠商利潤為目標,構建數學模型,以決定兩競爭廠商在競爭與合作環境之最佳交期及價格。 本研究將製造商自己的價格及交期與競爭廠商的差異納入需求函數,及利用模擬模式收集在產能固定下,交期與達交批量(滿足交期及給定的服務水準下可達交批量)的關係。修正以往將需求簡單訂為價格及交期的線性函數,及利用單站的等候模式計算各種需求率的服務水準的缺點,以符合現實環境。本研究以一案例說明製造商如何訂定最適允諾交期及價格。 |
英文摘要 | We present an approach to determine committed lead-time and price in a duopoly of two identical make-to-order firms. In this study, the customers' demand rate of a particular firm is assumed as a function of its price and committed lead-time and those provided by its competitors. Then, we use a simulation model to define the relationship between throughput and manufacturing cycle time. Based on this relationship and the demand rate function, we developed a model with the objective of maximizing profit under the constraint of delivery rate to determine the committed lead-time and price. Further, we study the scenario of cooperation of these two firms in which they set common lead-time and price. We show that in a cooperative environment the two firms can obtain a better profit than that in a competitive environment. |
