中文摘要 | 陶瓷業者將石膏(CaSO4‧2H2O)加熱脫水成熟石膏(CaSO4‧0.5H2O),其與水混合經澆注後製成石膏模具,並利用模具來成形陶瓷坯體。目前臺電公司火力發電廠每年產生大量的副產品-脫硫石膏(flue gas gypsum),將此材料應用到陶瓷石膏模具上,不僅物盡其用,又可減少廢棄物處理的成本,達成環保的要求。本研究先瞭解脫硫石膏粉體性質,再選擇較佳脫水條件下生成的熟石膏粉,探討其作為石膏模具之性質及評估其可行性,得到下列實驗結果:(1)脫硫石膏真比重為2.27,呈聚集狀粒子,在約120~160℃脫水形成熟石膏,其雜質(Fe, Al, Mg)含量高於市售熟石膏。(2)150℃、持溫2小時的脫硫熟石膏,真比重為2.67,標準混水量為79%,視結固終了時間為11分鐘,結固終了時間為15分鐘,凝結膨脹率為0.14%,抗折強度55kg/cm2。(3)脫硫熟石膏其結固時間與結固溫度較劣於市售熟石膏,但吸水率、抗折強度、表面硬度與耐侵蝕性較優,模具的顏色比一般稍灰。 |
英文摘要 | The gypsum mold for slip casting shape forming process of ceramic industries is derived firstly dehydrate raw gypsum to plaster then mixed it with water to form porous mold with different porosity and strength. The usage of by-product gypsum from thermal power plant via flue gas desulphurization process is treated this by-product as a resource, as an environmental protection also waste reduce process. To apply this by-product gypsum at the field of ceramic molding material is the major object of this study. The properties of flue gas gypsum powder and the products of dehydration and the strength of plaster mold were studied in this research. The results are listed as follow: (1) The true density of flue gas gypsum is 2.27 g/cm3. The microstructure of gypsum shows agglomerate composition. The chemical composition of gypsum contains Fe, Al and Mg, which is higher than commercial products. (2) FGD plaster was formed at 150°C (2 hours); the true density is 2.67 g*/cm3, consistence 79%, apparent time of final set 11 minutes, time of final set 15 minutes, setting expansion 0.14%, bending strength 55kg/cm2. (3) The absorption rate, bending strength, hardness and resistance f corrosion of flue gas gypsum is superior to commercial product. |
