中文摘要 | 氫氣為料電池之進料氣體,是新一代能源,如格產生及利用氫能為重要議題。具乙洞不鏽鋼因熱膨脹係數與鈀金屬相似,且方便於反應模組建構之優點,使其成為薄膜底材。商業上,以鈀為基礎之薄膜做為氫氧之純化。銀金屬之加入不僅使滲氫通量之增加,更可變善純膜在573K溫度下,所造成之氫脆現象。本研究以連續無電鍍製程,在孔洞不鏽鋼底材析鍍緻密、無乳洞鈀膜及鈀銀合金膜,以艾克斯繞射光譜(XRD)探究膜之特性。由XRD圖譜顯示:鈀及銀之特性波峰可藉由鍛燒程序,成為單一特性波峰,並藉由波峰位置及平均晶格距離之關係,得知合金膜之組成。 |
英文摘要 | Hydrogen energy is a relatively new type of energy. It is a source for fuel cells. How to produce and use hydrogen energy has become an important issue. Porous stainless steel (PSS) has shown advantages in the membrane module as well as its close thermal expansion coefficient to that of Pd (Palladium). Palladium-based membranes are commercially used for hydrogen purification. Silver is added to palladium to prevent hydrogen embitterment that takes place below near 573 K for pure palladium and to increase the hydrogen flux. The present investigation is to prepare dense, defect free palladium (Pd) and palladium-silver (Pd-Ag) alloy membranes on porous stainless steel by the sequential electroless plating technique. The characterizations of the Pd-Ag/PSS membranes were performed using X-ray diffractometer (XRD). XRD reflection peaks indicated that palladium and silver together formed a homogeneous alloy after annealing. The relation between the average lattice spacing calculated from the XRD pattern and Ag wt% in Pd-Ag/PSS alloy was established, which can be used with the XRD measurement to estimate the membrane composition. |
