中文摘要 | 本研究主要是以簡化式生命週期評估(Stream Life Cycle Assessment, SLCA)為基礎,開發一套運用於產品綠色設計之決策技援系統。由於傳統生命週期評估的方法成本過高且耗費人力,致使企業卻步,因此定性或是半定量的簡化生命週期方法遂成為企業從事產品綠色設計(Green Design)的最愛,特別是矩陣式評分系統。因此,本研考旨在開發一套可以讓企業實現持續改善目的,並透過可視化培基語言(Visual Basic, VB)的撰寫,來建立易學易懂的視窗版SLCA決策支援系統。最後,經由國內動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)製造廠的使用,其運用成效可快速協助該公司瞭解產品的環境特性,並逐漸建立起相關的環境資料庫。將致力於將產品的其他功能納入此一系統,讓此一軟體更有實用性。 |
英文摘要 | Traditional LC suffers from high cost and time consuming, and the streamlined life cycle assessment (SLCA), either qualitative or semi-quantitative approach, has become an effective tool for conducting product’s green design. The main purpose of this study is to establish a Decision Support System (DSS) which based on the SLCA concept for assisting green product development. The developed system is a windows-driven, with user-friendly interface and written by Visual Basic. A beta version of the system has been used by a DRAM manufacturing company, and a satisfactory result has been shown. Currently, the system has been modified to include not just environmental consideration, but also product general functions and attributes to extend the usage of this system. |
