中文摘要 | 哈伯瑪斯(Jurgen Harbermas)主要的思想是共識論(consensus discourse),而李歐塔(Jean-Francois Lyotard)主要的思想提歧識論(dissensus),因為兩者之間有關於知識之論戰,造成大家只強調共識論與歧識論之間的差異性,而較忽略它之間可能之相似性與共融性。本文除了分析比較兩者之間的差異性之外,也嘗試探究它們之間可能的相似性與共融性,最後並提出了對學校組織經營管理的六點啟示:一、不斷的凝聚新的共識;二、預防組織中歧識群聚成對抗組織共識;三、形成共識的民主過程是政策合法化的基礎;四、要正視共識形成過程中無法避免的暴力與弱勢者的權益;五、強調悖論之差異可以激發創新,合作也可以促進創新;六、融合共識與歧識。 |
英文摘要 | In contrast to Habermas’s consensus discourse, Lyotard’s dissensus reveals his main thoughts. Their arguments about epistemology contribute to the stress on the differences between their discourses and the neglect of their similarities. The focus of this paper is on exploring their potential similarities and combinations in addition to their differences. This paper also suggests the implications for school management as follows. 1. It is necessary to constantly strive for reaching new consensus. 2. It is required to prevent the differences in the school organization from reaching the consensus against the organization. 3. The democratic process of reaching consensus is the foundation for legitimized policies. 4. The unavoidable violence and the benefits for the disadvantaged should not be ignored into the process of reaching consensus. 5. The emphasis of the differences of paralogies can help bring about innovation, and so can that of cooperation. 6. It is crucial to combine consensus with dissensus. |
