中文摘要 | 本研究製作氧化鋅變阻器係將前驅體粉末經過煅燒、球磨、乾燥、壓片、燒結、塗電極、接引線步驟所製得,而氧化鋅變阻器前驅體粉末則選擇以溶膠-凝膠法來製備。以溶膠-凝膠法所製備之氧化鋅變阻器前驅體粉末具有單一分佈及次微米級的粒徑。由研究結果顯示,在前驅體粉末製備過程中,當金屬鹽與檸檬酸及乙二醇之莫耳比為1:2:8時,可得到較穩定的凝膠,凝膠經煅燒後所獲得的前驅體粉末平均粒徑約為20nm。於燒結溫度950℃與燒結持續時間1小時的燒結條件下,可獲得具有崩潰電場895V/mm,非線性係數α值達58的最佳規格變阻器。同時經脈衝電壓測試下,變阻器可於20ns內瞬間將7kV電壓抑制到4kV,展現出極快速的突波抑制效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the ZnO-based varistors were made from varistor precursor powders through a series of process such as calcining, ball milling, drying, pressing, sintering, electrode coating, and lead connection. The precursor powders with mono-distribution and submicrometer size were fabricated using a sol-gel method. The experimental results showed that the stable gel was obtained as the molar ratio of metal salt to citric acid to ethylene glycol was kept at 1:2:8 during the fabrication of precursor powders. The stable gel was then calcinated to make precursor powders with the mean particle size of 20nm. The ZnO-based varistor has the best electrical properties, a high breakdown voltage of 895V/mm and a nonlinear coefficient of 58, as the sintering conditions was kept at the temperature of 950℃ and the holding time of 1 hr. the varistor showed an excellent suppress effect and inhibited a pulse was from 7kV to 4kV within a 20ns response time under the pulse test. |
