中文摘要 | 森林生態系的發展,常是受限於氮養分的多寡。植物的生長良莠,也常受到氮供應量的影響。這樣的影響可能在基因與生化的層次即已表現,而牽連到生理作用的進行,以及外部生長情形。由於,一些參與生理與生化反應之酵素,如rubisco、類囊體膜上之蛋白質複合體及羧化脫氫酵素等所含氮量與植物含氮量之關係密切。進而,可獲得植物含氮量與生理作用尤其是光合作用及各器官生物量之間呈現顯著的相關性。 |
英文摘要 | The developments of forest ecosystems were limited by nitrogen. Nitrogen affects on plant growth. These influences would have expressed on gene and biochemical levels, then influent on physiological reactions and growth. As a result of the closely relationship between plant nitrogen content and nitrogen contents of enzymes, exampled rubisco, protein complexes in thylakoid membranes, and carbonic anhydrase, participated in physiological and biochemical reactions, we can get the significantly correlation between plant nitrogen content and photosynthesis capacity. Therefore, biomass of plant tissues would relate to their nitrogen contents. |
