中文摘要 | 為了探討公用電話聽筒與話筒表面之真菌菌相及其數量間之變化與環境因子之關係,本研究自1999年5月到1999年8月間,以某校校園內全數31具之公用電話為採集對象,並以2個月為一次採樣週期,進行採樣分析。初步之調查結果發現,公用電話聽筒與話筒表面共獲13906個菌落,並自其中鑑定出二九十種菌類,其中又以Yeast(63.82%)、Cladosporium(19.09%)、Aspergillus(11.94%)、Penicuillium(2.14%)及Myceliasterilia(MS;不孕性之菌落)(1.74%)之菌株數量為最多。探討環境中之影響因素,如平均氣溫、降水量、降水日數等之研究,其結果發現真菌菌相及其數量會隨環境因子之改變而有所變化。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore fungi on receivers and transmitters of public telephone sets and examine the relationship between changes of colony numbers and environmental factors. Samples were collected from thirty-one public telephone sets on campus from May to August ,1999 and the sampling cycle was two months. Results of this study showed that a total number of colonies was 13906 and 29 species were identified. Most of these colonies were Yeast (63.82%)、Cladosporium (19.09%)、Aspergillus (11.94%)、Penicillium (2.14%) and Mycelia sterilia (MS) (1.74%). Results also found tahat numbers of fungi colonies were changed with environmental factors, for example temperature, precipitation and rainy days. |
