中文摘要 | 踝關節扭傷是最常見與普遍的下肢運動傷害,本研究的目的在探討有習慣性踝扭傷對腳踝本體感覺的影響。51位男性大學生, 28位有單側習慣性踝扭傷徵兆患者(扭傷組),而另23位則為雙踝健康無扭傷者(正常組),本研究以Biodex Ш等速肌力測量儀量測受試者雙踝主動與被動關節復位誤差角度,以作為個體本體感覺能力憂劣的代表,資料收集後以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析考驗各腳本體感覺的差異。結果顯示扭傷腳在主動與被動復位誤差角度顯著較正常組雙踝為大,代表踝關節扭傷的確會降低個體本體感覺功能,因此踝扭傷後運動復健計畫應包含本體感覺功能之訓練。 |
英文摘要 | Ankle sprain is the most common and frequent injury in sports. This study utilized the Biodex isokinetic dynamometer to testify if ankle injury will impair the proprioception. The ankles of 16 college-aged male subjects were tested in this study: 8 subjects with unilateral ankle sprain symptoms (I) and 8 with bilateral noninjury healthy ankle (N). The Bioedx Ш isokinetic dynamometer was used to assess ankle proprioception function: active and passive position sense. Independent One-Way ANOVA analysis were used to exam the difference between different legs. Results showed the injured ankle had significant poor passive ankle reposition sense than healthy ankle and left & right ankle in N. This study clearly showed that ankle sprain impaired the passive reposition sense. It was recommended that rehabilitation program for sprained ankle should include the proprioception training, especially in restore the passive reposition sense. More studies are needed to examine the training or rehabilitation effects on passive reposition sense. |
