中文摘要 | 本文主要提出運用田口分析法來設計與分析使用壓電元件與音圈馬達結合之驅動器驅動精密定位平台的最佳化參數分析。本研究提出最佳化定位品質參數的實驗過程,而田口式法是最佳化參數求取的過程中,運用最少的實驗操作數量即可得到最佳化的數據。田口法是利用直交表、雜音分子、因子效率分析與ANOVA分析等,來求得最佳化的條件;實驗結果是利用一個L9(34)直交表,將實驗的可能分配方式列出並加以操作實驗,利用雜音因子分析與敏感度分析來將高精密定位的各個控制因子參數設定值求出。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the design and analysis method of high-precision position using the voice coil motor combined piezoelectric (piezo-VCM) actuator drives sliding table. An experimental investigation into the process parameter effects is presented to determine the optimum configuration of design parameters for high-precision positioning quality performance. The Taguchi method is applied to plan a minimum number of experiments. Taguchi’s tools such as orthogonal array, signal-to-noise ratio, factor effect analysis, ANOVA, etc. have been used for this purpose and an optimal condition has been found out. Experimental results are shown for an L9(34) orthogonal array illustrating a good agreement between the optimum factor levels suggested by the signal-to-noise ratios and sensitivity, those obtained from the high-precision positioning process. |
