中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在於探討種母土雞產蛋期飼糧含硫胺基酸含量對繁殖性能之影響。採用本所育成之二元種母土雞216隻,於平均產蛋率達50%時,進行產蛋期飼養試驗。產蛋期飼糧含蛋白質15%,代謝能2700 kcal/kg,依序分別添加DL-甲硫胺酸,調製含硫胺基酸含量分別為0.46%、0.51%、0.56%、0.61%、0.66%及0.71%等六種試驗飼糧,雞隻分別餵飼上述試驗飼糧處理生,每處理組三重複,每重複12隻,飼料及飲水均任食,試驗逼期16週。結果顯示,雞隻隻日飼料食量及飼料含硫胺基酸效率,均隨著飼糧含硫胺基酸含量提高而顯著降低(P<0.05);但雞隻隻日產蛋率及產蛋量,於不同含硫胺基酸含量飼糧之間並無顯著差異。種母雞採食0.46%之低量含硫胺基酸飼糧處理組,體重顯著較其他飼糧處理組降低(P<0.05)。而種蛋比重以餵飼0.66%及0.71%含硫胺基酸飼糧處理組,顯著較其化處理組為高(P<0.05);蛋內容物、黃及蛋白重佔全蛋重的重量百分比,於各飼糧處理組之間並無顯著差異;但種蛋之豪氏單位則以採食0.46%及0.51%含硫胺基酸飼糧處理組,顯著較其他處理組為低(P<0.05)。雞隻血清中含硫胺基酸含量,以採食最高量含硫胺基酸之0.71%飼糧者顯著較含低量者0.46%~0.51%為高(P<0.05)。雞隻餵飼含0.61%含硫胺基酸飼糧,其在種蛋孵化率顯著較含0.66%~0.71%含硫胺基酸飼糧處理組為高(P<0.05),但在活雛數及雛雞體重則於各處理組之間均無顯著差異。以種母土雞種蛋孵化率,經直線迴歸及斷線法統計分析,評估母土雞產蛋期飼糧含硫胺基酸最低需要量,應不低於0.60%。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary total sulfur amino acid (TSAA) levels on the reproductive performances of native Taiwan breeder hens during the laying period. A total of 214 laying native hens were used. The basal diets contained 15% CP and 2700 kcal/kg ME. DL-methionine was added to the diets of six TSAA levels of 0.46, 0.51, 0.56, 0.61, 0.66 and 0.71%, respectively. Each treatment was replicated 3 times with 12 hens each. The experimental lasted 16 weeks. Feed and water were supplied ad libitum during the experimental period. The results indicated that daily feed intake and feed TSAA conversion ratio decreased when dietary TSAA levels were increased. Dietary TSAA did not affect egg production, egg mass or feed conversion ratio. Weight gain decreased significantly (P<0.05) when hens were fed on 0.46% TSAA. Hens receiving the diets containing 0.66% to 0.71% TSAA had significantly (P<0.05) higher egg specific gravity than the other groups. Moreover, weight of egg contents, egg white or egg yolk percentages in egg was not affected among the treatments. The haugh unit of egg decreased significantly (P<0.05) when the hens were fed with the 0.46% to 0.51% TSAA groups. The serum TSAA content was significantly higher (P<0.05) in hens fed on the 0.71% TSAA group as compared with those in 0.46%~0.51% TSAA groups. Otherwise, the hens fed on 0.61% TSAA group had significantly higher egg hatchability than those in 0.66% to 0.71%TSAA group, but this did not significantly affect the numbers and weights of hatching chicks among these treatments. Results indicated that dietary minimum TSAA requirements for the native Taiwan laying hens was 0.60%. |
