中文摘要 | 本研究中主要探討二硫化碳和2-硫醇基苯駢咪唑化合物之反應是以溴化四丁基銨為觸媒在鹼性水溶液和有機溶劑所構成之二相介質中進行,而發現主要反應在有機相中進中,其中,活性中間物(HOCS2-Q+)和2-硫醇基苯駢唑之反應為整個二相反應之速率決定步驟。在溶液中添加水的目的在於溶解氫氧化鉀以便與所添加的溴化四丁基銨鹽觸媒反應生成活性觸媒(氫氧化四丁基銨鹽),由實驗中得知,只要添加少許之氫氧化鉀和溴四丁基銨鹽,即可快速促進反應進行,水溶性之2-硫醇基苯駢咪唑鉀鹽產物經添加酸性化合物後便可容易沈澱而出而加以分離。在研究中,亦倡導反應機構以便建立動力模式,對於影響反應之操作條件及參數皆做深入之研究與探討,對於添加氫氧化鉀以促進季銨鹽之催化反應之原由皆做合理之解釋。 |
英文摘要 | The reaction of carbon disulfide and o-phenylene diamine catalyzed by tetrabutylammonium bromide (QBr) was carried out in an alkaline solution of KOH/organic solvent two-phase medium. The main reaction was observed to occur in the organic solution in which the reaction of the active intermediate (HOCS2-Q+) and o-phenylene diamine (C6H4(NH2),) is the rate-determining step of the entire reaction. Water was added to dissolve the solid potassium hydroxide prepared for the reaction with QBr catalyst to form the reactive tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (QOH0. The reaction rate is dramatically enhanced by adding an appropriate amount of potassium hydroxide and tetrabutylammonium bromide. The water-soluble potassium salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (product) is easily separated through precipitation by adding an acidic compound using o-phenylene diamine of a limited amount. A reaction mechanism is proposed to account for the kinetic model. The reaction is simplified and described by a pseudo-first order rate law. The effects of the operating conditions and parameters are studied. Satisfactory explanations are obtained describing the enhancement of the reaction of carbon disulfide and o-phenylene diamide by tetrabutlammonium bromide, which exceeded the enhancement with potassium hydroxide alone. |
