中文摘要 | 本研究以質化方法探討青少年自殺意念之發展,採深度訪談蒐集資料,持續訪談 五位國三學生四至六次。主要研究發現如下: 自殺意念發展呈現自殺觀念之獲得、蘊釀、發生、持續及增強、減弱五階段。即一個少年藉 由不同管道建構自殺概念,當環境持續使他╱她不安或不舒服時,個人處於一較脆弱狀態, 即為蘊釀期。此時若發生其他刺激事件,即易產生自殺意念。自殺意念由導火線事件、助燃 性事件及環境易引發之感受三部分相互牽扯而產生。自殺意念之持續主要和負向環境未改善 ╱惡化及新的負向事件發生有關。意念之減弱則來自五類因素影響:負向事件減少、環境事 件使認知改變、時間效應、抗拒自殺效應及因應機制作用。 |
英文摘要 | A qualitative perspective has been adopted to explore the dynamics of suicidal ideation among the adolescents in Taiwan. Data from in-depth interview of five junior high school students are analyzed, and the primary research findings are summarized as follows: The dynamics of suicidal ideation could be classified into five stages: the learning of suicide, the brewing, occurrence, sustaining/strengthening, and weakening stage. In other words, a young people first learns of the idea of suicide from various information channels, although the idea stays irrelative to his life world. Once the outside circumstances get turbulent, an adolescent will become vulnerable, and this gradually leads to the brewing stage. At this stage, some outside stimuli easily make an adolescent's world unbalanced, and further pushes him/her into the occurrence of suicidal ideation. Those stimuli could indlude impetus event, fomentation event, and consequential emotions. As to the sustaining stage, it is usually associated with the worsening of negative circumstances and occurrence of new negative experiences. However, a weakening stage could be formulated by the decrease of negative experiences, changing perceptions due to specific events, time effects, the resistance against suicidal effects, and the presence of coping mechanism. |
