中文摘要 | 設計改質型奈米黏土,開發PU奈米複合材料,提升PU樹脂的性質,創造PU產業的應用性。所合成的改質型奈米黏土,其層間距離≧25A,且黏土片層上含有可與PU樹脂反應基官能基,此改質型奈米黏土必須安定地分散於聚醇與PU樹脂當中,不能產生沉澱與凝聚的情況。本技術主要應用於溶劑型PU樹脂與合成平革,利用奈米黏土提升PU合成皮革耐磨性50-100%,並增加遠紅外線放射率達0.90以上等機能特性。目前國內外僅有nylon奈米纖維與塑料有量產商品化,主要問題在於奈米黏土改質與分散、奈米化的混成與聚合反應尚未成熟,結合化工所、PU樹脂廠與合成皮製造廠共同開發機能性PU奈米樹脂,可以大幅縮短非米技術商品化時程。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, high-performance PU nanocomposite was developed. With the reinforcement of modified nanoclay, the characteristics and characteristics and application of PU resin were improved. The modified nanaoclay with d-spacing(layer distance)≧25A possessed functional groups on the layers which can effectively react with the PU resin. Accordingly, the dispersion of modified nanoclay in polyol and PU resin was long-term steady without any precipitation and aggregation. This technology can be comprehensively applied to the industries of solvent-type PU resin and synthetic leather. The anti-abrasion of synthetic leather reinforced by modified nanoclay was enhanced 50-100% accompanied with increasing fair-infrared radiation up to 0.90. Currently, the nanocaly reinforced polymer was successfully commercialized only in the field of nylon nanofiber and nanoplastics. However, the commercialization was restricted due to not only the immaturity of the modification and dispersion process of nanoclay, but the difficult of the nanohybrid and polymerization. The UCL, PU resin and the synthetic leather manufacturer cooperated to develop the multi-functional PU resin, which tremendously improved the roadmap of the commercialization of nanotechnology. |
