中文摘要 | 企業聲望是企業無形的資產,也是影響消費者選擇與偏好的重要關鍵之一,在聲望評比中取得領先的地位,是許多電腦業者積極改善整體服務行動努力的目標。本研究運用多屬性決策(Multiple Attribute Decision Marking, MADM)進行電腦業的企業聲望評價與績效評估。當有為數不少的電腦業需要評選,又有許多評估因子必須同時考慮,此時透過多屬性決策之灰關聯分析(Grey Relational Analysis, GRA)等技術的輔助來評選適合之電腦業,對解決多目標間的衝突與矛盾、彼此優先次序不同的問題非常有效。透過灰關聯分析亦可進一步探討在決策者不同的喜好下,各家電腦業整體表現之不同點。研究結果顯示鴻海精密於電腦業標竿企業聲望調查中居領先地位。 |
英文摘要 | Business reputation is not only an important asset of a business, but also the key of customer preference. Many computer manufacturers have worked aggressively to improve their services in order to gain higher ranking of business reputation. This research applies technique of the grey relational analysis (GRA) to prioritize the business reputation of nine companies in computer manufacturers with different parameters and weights settings. While evaluating making (MADM) method is practically effective on selecting the best company in computer manufactures. The study has revealed that Honhai Precision were the best company in computer manufactures in Taiwan. |
