中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於探討紡絲加工條件對超低收縮工業用纖維(Super-low-shrinkage Polyester Industrial Fibers, i. e. SLS) 物性的影響。研究發現,在較適化之紡絲加工條件下 (線上收縮率要> 9%以上),纖維樣品之伸度要>23%以上,才能製備超低收縮工業用聚酯纖維,其纖維之熱收縮率< 1%以下,是高強力聚酯纖維的十分之一。為了更進一步作深入且完整的探討,本研究也針對SLS-PET纖維之其他物性進行相關研究。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to investigate the physical properties of Super-low-shrinkage type (i.e. SLS) polyester industrial fiber by varying the spinning conditions. The results show that, by elevating the best spinning conditions, total relax> 9% on line spinning, the fiber sample e1ongationis more than 23% and hot air shrinkage is smaller than 1 %. It is very interesting about SLS polyester industrial fiber hot air shrinkage (HAS) is one tenth than high tenacity polyester industrial fiber. In order to investigate these interesting phenomena, the other properties had also been carried out. |
