中文摘要 | CDRS系統上線至今已有五年之久,五年來,研究所CDRS小組除了研發新業務相關的加值功能之外,CDRS系統的維運工作亦佔據CDRS小組不少的人力時間。更由於全區分散有32套CDRS系統,管理維護更是不容易,為能化簡這些日常維運工作,CDRS集中監控維運系統-CMMS的概念應運而生。透過簡單明瞭的web操作畫面,全區32套CDRS系統營運狀況一目了然,必要時甚至可以操控遠端的CDRS系統。CMMS系統的誕生,除了能及早發現並解決問題之外,亦可提供有效數據給管理單位以充分了解掌握維運現況,大幅縮減了CDRS系統的維運成本,更提高了維運品質和效率。 |
英文摘要 | CDRS system has been served in Chunghwa Telecom for 5 years since January 1999. The develop team of CDRS is responsible for both research and maintenance missions. Because there are 32 CDRS systems serving around the whole nation, the maintenance job is really tedious and difficult. In order to simplify the maintain routines, the CMMS (centralized monitoring and management system) concept is implemented. Through the friendly web interface, the status of 32 CDRS systems can be easily understood. If necessary, maintainer can even manipulated all the functions just like sitting in front of each CDRS system. Because of CMMS, the whole picture of CDRS execution status can be rapidly examined and alarmed before the dangerous system fault emerged. In addition to cost down the maintenance effort, the quality and efficiency are also improved. |
