英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the dynamic, balanced relationship among technology, law system and education through a law practitioner's reflection. Technology has made a tremendous impact on human life. It not only broadens the scope of human activities, but also brings some negative results such as computer-related crime. However, the key element of enjoying the well-being of technology is the enforcement of law as an integrating agent and social norm. The author first discusses the law and the social norm, then, analyzes technology's impacts on the law and education. Finally, the author stresses the importance of the dynamic, balanced relationship among technology, law the education. Three directions are presented; through interdisciplinary integration; emphasizing the whole and law-related education; through the organized international cooperation. |
