中文摘要 | 心象練習不僅對運動員訓練是需要的,在一般的體育教學上,也能夠發揮其效果。在一般的體育課教學上可分:一、教學的運用上:(一)上課前的複習,(二)課後的再回顧,(三)可列為上課常態性練習。二、注意事項:(一)教師的引導,(二)運動技能的選擇,(三)由簡而難。 心象練習對於運動員成績方面的幫助是被肯定的,不但在研究上得到証明,它也被大多數的教練實際運用於選手的訓練中。如果能在體育課程中被廣泛運用,不但可以發揮功能,幫助學生加速運動技能的學習,同時亦能提昇體育教學成效,達到雙贏。 |
英文摘要 | Imagery Practice not only is necessary to the training of the athlete but also has influence on the ordinary physical education. Imagery Practice can be sorted as two categories in ordinary physical education teaching: 1. The methods to employ the theory on the teaching: (1) review before class (2) retrospect after class (3) practice as normality 2. The main points when you practice: (1) teacher’s guidance (2) the choice of the skill (3) practice from easy to hard There are researches prove that imagery practice helps to upgrade the athletes’ performances. In fact, it is also adopted by most coaches to train the athletes. If imagery practice can be applied extensively in PE class, it can not only help students to learn athletic skills quickly, but also promote the teaching results of teachers. |
