中文摘要 | 慢跑是一項有氧運動,既可以增加心肺功能,又可以達到維持體重,修飾身材的目的,因此,近年來深受大家的喜愛,再加上跑步不受性別、年齡、環境、身份地位等影響,所以跑步運動,日漸普及成全民運動,然而,跑步雖然可以達到健身的目的,但相伴而來的卻也可能因為跑者的疏忽,而造成身體的傷害,尤其是下肢的傷害,包括腿部拉傷、脛骨疼痛、跟腱及足弓傷害,以及最常見的膝關節疼痛問題,本文皆一一介紹,希望能讓愛好跑步運動的人,經由本文的介紹之後,瞭解跑步傷害的原因及部位,及早做好預防準備,遠離傷害,以達跑步健身的最終目的。 |
英文摘要 | Jogging was an oxygenated exercise which can increase the cardiopulmonary function, and help people remain healthy. Furthermore not limited by the sex and site, jogging has become one of the most popular exercise in recent years. Although jogging is good for health, it may cause injuries due to runner’ carelessness. Those in cloud knee joint pain and lower limb injuries such as leg strain, tibia, Achilles tendon and arch pain. To let runners realize the reasons and sport of injuries, this article introduces all of them. “prevention is better than cure” Timely realization and prevention can help runners protecting them selves and enjoy jogging. |
