中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於先前籌建高性能傾斜纏帶燒蝕性複合材料製作之技術能量,以配合未來更先進的航空載具系統之發展需求。本單位已針對Flexwrap-5068棉布酚絕熱材料,完成傾斜纏帶製程技術之基礎研究,400mm直徑圓筒工件50mm帶寬可傾斜纏帶15°、25mm帶寬可傾斜纏帶30°,相對纏繞比約6.5%;92mm直徑圓筒工件25mm帶寬可傾斜纏帶15°,相對纏繞比約14%,50mm帶寬則無法完成傾斜纏帶。本研究為傾斜纏帶技術開發之起步,其成果將可應用於武器系統之熱防護措施。 |
英文摘要 | The tape wrapping techniques are vital in manufacturing advanced aerospace vehicles. In this study, the 50 mm width Flexwrap-5068 cotton phenolic prepreg tapes were wrapped on a 400 mm diameter aluminum cylinder having the orientation angle of 15°. With the 25mm width tapes, the angle of wrap can be 30° to the centerline. Also, the 25mm width tape wrapping on a 92 mm diameter diameter cylinder with orientation angle of 15° was carried out. However, the 50mm width tapes on the same diameter cylinder with the same angle of wrap were failed in wrapping. The preliminary results in the study can use as the design guides in the thermal protection engineering. |
