中文摘要 | 本文希望藉由控制閥開度與操控參數之間的相互關係,透過簡單的控制閥流量操控性能校驗程序,以便在高壓氣源正式供氣執行相關測試之前,事先掌握不同高壓氣源操作壓力、溫度條件下的控制閥流量操控性能,除了用來試驗確認控制閥閥體的運作確實正常有效之外,更重要的是經由此一流量操控性能校驗,來有效掌握各種試驗操作條件下控制閥的開度設定值與流量間的相對應關係,並進一步提出簡單有用的開度設定值-操作壓力-流量關係式,獲得控制閥的流量操控包線,做為未來執行各項控制閥流量操控的重要依據。最後,更藉由三筆定壓控制的試驗結果,來驗證開度設定值-操作壓力-流量關係式的實際應用可行性,結果證實:在有效的操作應力、溫度與流量範圍內,控制閥開度的預測正確度在±2.5%以內。整體而言,只藉助一次控制閥流量操控性能校驗就能夠獲致這樣的成果,也可證明本文所提出的簡易校驗程序與相配合的開度設定值-操作壓力-流量關係式建立方法確實具有極高的實用價值。 |
英文摘要 | Besides confirming experimentally with the operation effectiveness of flow control valve, the most important thing is to find the corresponding relations between the setting value of opening-degree and the mass flow rate passed through the flow control valve under various testing conditions, before it can be used to supply air in formal operation. Based on the relationships between the degree of opening and the performance parameters of flow control valve, through just one check-up text, we can propose a simple, useful dependence expression of flow-control performance of the flow control valve in advance included the opening-degree setting, the operation pressure and the mass flow rate. To verify the applicability of this new idea by comparing with three sets of experimental data of constant-pressure-control test, it can showed that the accurancy of estimation is just within ±2.5% at least in the ranges of different operating temperature, operating pressue and the mass flow rate. From these encouraging results we can conclued that this simple procedure of check-up test and corresponding dependence expression of flow control proposed here really have extremely high practical value. |
