中文摘要 | 選用丙烯酸變性胺基甲酸酯寡聚物、含磷化合物、發泡劑、光起始劑及其他添加劑等原料調配成11種紫外線(UV)硬化型防火塗料,藉以評估其應用在杉木板基材之物化性質及耐燃性質。初步結果知,紫線硬化防火塗料能夠在10sec內乾燥硬化,且塗膜透明性佳。配方中三苯基磷含量愈少,塗膜之光澤度、破度及附著力愈佳,而其吸水量約0.02-0.07g,分符合CN8629之規定。塗膜耐燃性雖無法達CNS6532耐燃三級標準,但知使用含磷丙烯酸酯寡聚物者較三苯基磷更具耐燃性,而添加5%硼阻燃劑之配方,其塗膜燃燒後膨脹高度達12mm,約為添加20%者的6倍。本研究調配的防火塗料所選用原料之熱裂解溫度直接影響塗膜破化後之耐熱性能,它可有效提供防火塗料配方之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The performance of fire resistance and the physical properties in eleven types of ultraviolet (UV) light curing fire retardant coatings prepared with various raw materials of acrylated urethane oligomer, phosphorus compounds, spumific agent, initiator and others additives coating on China fir wood (Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook var. lanceolata) were examined. The UV light curing fire-retaradant coatings basically enable to dry toward curing within 10 sec and the coating film with good quality in the transparency. Of all formulas, the less in the dosage of triphenyl phosphorus, the better the gloss, the hardness (by pencil test) and the adhesion of the coating film in this study. Moreover, the hygroscopic moisture content (g) was about 0.02 to 0.078 g that could meet the requirements as specified in CNS 8629. The coating film using the phosphrous-acrylate oligomer was more fire resistance performance than that with the triphenyl phosphorus, though it was not able to reach the fire resistance as third grade standard in CNS 6532. The formula fo boron fire-retardant adding in 5% in which the coating film achieved to the height of intumescence in 12mm was 6 times grater than that with about 20% in the dosage. Using TGA, the thermal behavior on the fire retardant coatings with various materials. Selected for this study influenced directly heat-resistance performance after curing the film. It can provide a formula reference to five-retardant coatings. |
