中文摘要 | 新儒學系統論是根據中國的系統性思維理論及西方系統科學所發展出來的定性決策結構,是將初看無序而複雜的系統簡單化的分析方法。其包含可以互相滲入的三大子系統—陰陽系統、五行系統與天地人三才。其中,五行系統是一個單向因果循環系統。 `本文首先針對五行系統基本論理整理出十七個公理、三個操作性定義及二個定理。其次,整合陰陽系統與五行系統從而透過相關公理系統可以找出經營管理內任何單向因果循環的五個相生相剋的要素。由於符合五行窮舉要件,可以利用統計學上相關係數檢定的方法,由合理配對的要素間是否達顯著相關,以決定其生、剋關係是否發生作用,並由實際的生剋關係制定重要而正確的決策。 本文將新儒學系統論及管理控制比例分析模式的概念,使用產業經營資料導出八個因果鏈條。實證指出,可以過該產業內某特定分類群經營的優劣指標,從而找出關鍵鏈以進行經營改善。最後,本文也針對運具精密業實高薪資大廠商的五行相生循環順暢程度有二項發現及三項建議。 |
英文摘要 | Derived from both the Chinese systematic thinking theory and the Western systems science, the Neo-Confucian system theory (NCST) implies an analytic method with a qualitative decision-making structure with may simplify the complicated and disordered system. the NCST is mainly composed of three important inter-penetrative subsystems—the Yin-Yang-based system theory, the Wu-Hsing(五行)-based system theory, and the triadic talents(三才). Among them, the Wu-Hsing system theory is a one-way causal cyclical system. In this study, seventeen axioms, three operational definitions, and two theorems have been proposed from the basic theory first. Then, after the integration of the Yin-Yang-based system, the Wu-Hsing-based system and the related axioms, five elements of hsiang-sheng(相生)-hsiang-ke(相剋) of any one-way causal cycle in business and management are drawn. Due to their satisfaction with the requirement of collective exhaustivity of Hu-Hsing, anyone who is working on this particular line of research can calculate and test the correlation coefficients for each reasonable pair of these elements and, in turn, conclude whether each correlation is significant and whether its corresponding hsiang-sheng or hsiang-ke is functioning. Therefore researchers can come up with important and correct decision-makings based on the realistic sheng-ke(生剋)relationship. The author, taking advantage of the NCST mentioned above and the concept of Managerial Control Ratio, deduces eight causal chains from industrial operation data successfully. In the meantime, the empirical evidence indicates that the performance index of one specific group in industry can be identified and improved by key chains. At the end two findings and three suggestions about the smoothness of Wu-Hsing hsiang-sheng cycle for the last quartile-salary large firms of the Transport Equipments and Precision Instruments Manufacturing are proposed. |
