中文摘要 | 本研究以指草屬(Digitaria) 分屬於6個種的品系為材料,分析在各地區、各生產季 節下酸洗纖維(ADF)、中洗纖維(NDF)及粗蛋白質(CP)之變化,並比較基因型、季節與地區 之相對影響力。粗蛋白質含量方面,地點與季節變方成份之數值相當,地區間以台東最高, 恆春及彰化較低;季節間以春季及冬季最高,夏季最低。品種效應並不顯著。酸洗纖維方面, 季節變方成份為地區變方成份之8倍,品種效應高於地區效應。季節間以效應最高,夏季與 東季之差異達9%:地區間以花蓮及彰化最高,台東最低;品系以D.eriantha最高, D.malnaziana、D.didactyla 最低。中洗纖維方面,季節效應遠大於其他效應,季節間以夏季 最高,冬季最低,兩季之差異達6.6%品種間以D.eriantha最高,其他品系無顯著差異,整體 間表現之驅勢與酸洗纖維類似,唯試驗機較酸洗纖維為高,另為瞭解植體成份與調查性狀間 之關係,分別進行A245、Survenola 及 D. malanziana之表現型相關分析,結果顯示田間自 然株高與CP含量有顯著之負相關;葉尖高度則與ADF有顯著之正相關;NDF 雖與ADF 之變化趨勢頗為相近,但卻與兩種高度均無顯著相關;ADF 與CP間亦存在顯著負相關,NDF 則無.三個品系內各性狀之關係頗為一致。由前述結果季節為影響牧草品質之最中要因子, 不同季節間 CP、ADF、NDF 變動極劇.夏季牧草生長旺盛、產草量高,但相對的飼養價(REV) 最低;冬季牧草生長緩慢但品質最佳.此結果臺灣地區各季節下適割期牧草之生產力與品質 狀況。 # 330 1$aThe contents of acid-detergent fiber (ADF), neutral-detergent fiber (NDF) and crude protein (CP) of six strains of Digitaria planted in four locations were compared among locations and seasons. The relative effects of genotypes, Seasons and locations on this chemical composition were also studied. Variance components of location and season were similiar on CP content, While the genotypic main effect was not significant, The CP content was the highest at Taitung among locatoms, The CP contents were also higher in winter and spring than in other seasons, Regarding the value of ADF the variance component of season was 8-fold higher than the variance of location and the varince of genotypic was larger than variance of location also, The ADF content was the lowest in summer and was the highest in winter, and the difference between summer and winter was up to 9%. Among the genotypes, the ADF content of D. eriantha was the highest and those of D. malanziana and D. didactylaactyla were the lowest. In NDF content, the main effect of season was the highest component than others. Similarly, the NDF content was the highest in summer and was the lowest in winter. The difference between these two seasons reached 6.6%. The trend of NDF was similar to that of ADF, but NDF had higher experimental error. The CP content had significantly negative correlation with with plant height, the ADF content significantly to the plant height from ground to leaf tip, and the content of NDF had no correlation with either plant height. The relationships were consistent in the three genotypes tested. The results showed thtat season was the most important factor that affect the quality of pangolagrass in Taiwan. The grass grew vigorously in summer but had lower relative feed value, and grew slowly in winter but had better puality. |
