中文摘要 | 本研究旨在運用組織策略的分析架構,探討臺灣地區消防設備安全檢查產業之組織策略型態、經營目標、競爭者阻礙、及其與經營績效間的關係。本文係以施振榮先生在千禧年所提出新的本土化組織管理方式:『聯網組織績效』的控制觀點,經由供給價值鏈、多元組織的鏈結、組織重新設計及績效資訊產生之合併效果,以建構出適合本土化的組織管理方式。而這新式的組織績效管理方式能適用到多樣化的企業,例如:安檢業,它的好處是使所有的安檢鏈成員能通力合作,而它的目的是使未來的作業有最佳的績效管理方式;本研究係探討包含工作團體任務的設計、團體成員工作成果的績效與預測專案的需求。研究結果發現:模糊測度評價法不但能節省專案時間與成本,而且能忠實表示眾因子間之關係與限制。 |
英文摘要 | By applying the framework of strategic organization to Taiwan's fire-fighting equipment's safety inspections industry, this paper examines whether strategic groups exist in this industry and the relationship between their managing goals, mobility barriers, and performance. This paper will focus on the issue of the organization management, especially the local organizational approach, which recently brought to everyone's attention in a new millennium conference. The aforementioned approach will comprise of the control concept within the Internet Organization Performance, as well as the other keys, such as the supply values chain review, enterprise reorganization design, multi-organization conjoin, and the merge effect of performance information. This new approach of management evaluation is applicable to any diversified enterprise, such as the fire and safety inspection business. The benefits of this approach is that it will totally team up all its members of the fire control inspections chain and the final goal is to achieve the optimal performance management for that enterprise. This study will focus on the key issues on the define of group tasks definition, the evaluatin of individual group-member performances, and the prediction of individual program performance demand. The results of this paper are concluded that the fuzzy measure prediction and evaluation method can not only save a lot of project time and cost, but also truly reflect the constraints and relationships among the factors that involved. |
