中文摘要 | 智慧型電驛(IED)之參數設定與保護協調,須視系統架構的不同與需求而調整,此在系統規劃時需驗證IED之參數設定及其保護協調的正確性,以確保可達完善的保護功能。本文利用常閉環路配電系統模型與台電實際線路參數,分析常閉環路系統在運作過程中,可能產生的暫態故障問題;以副線保護的理論基礎規劃電驛的最佳保護協調,並利用實體電路測試與軟體模擬結果,驗證本方法之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Since the setting and protective coordination of Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) depend on the power system's framework, the system planning always need to test and verify its feasibility and appropriateness. This paper adopts the close-loop distribution system model and Taipower's parameter of feeder to analyze the transient phenomenon of event in the close-loop distribution system. Besides, the theory based on pilot relaying system, the article works out the protective coordination of IED for close-loop distribution system. The results obtained by testing and simulating an actual distribution system show that the feasibility of the proposed method. |
