中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探索青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程,並從自傷青少年生活經驗中,了解其所面臨的生活困境,及產生自傷行為的相關因素。本研究界定之自傷行為係指個體有意識、直接對身體造成傷害,但其目的不是想造成死亡後果之行為。本研究以五位曾有多次自傷經驗之青少年為對象,運用個別深入訪談之方法資料收集,並依內容分析步驟來分析資料,而逐步建構出青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程。研究結果顯示,青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程:包括「生活困境」、「自傷導火線」、「引發自傷行為」、「轉化情緒」、「自傷後的主詮釋」五個階段,且自傷青少年在自傷後的情緒轉化及主觀詮釋會引發「習慣性自傷行為」,而形成一循環模式。最後乃針對以上之研究結果進行討論,並對諮商實務工作者提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the research is to explore the development process of adolescents’ self-injurious experiences and to realize their living predicaments and relevant influential factors from the experiences. It is hoped to be reference for consultants and counselors. The self-injurious behaviors defined in the research are the behaviors from individuals’ consciousness and direct injury to the body, but their intention is not to cause a consequence of death. Data are collected from in-depth interviews conducted with 5 adolescents who have had self-injurious experiences in this study. The results show that there are five stages included in the developmental process of adolescents’ self-injurious experiences. They are “living predicaments”, “fuses of self-injury”, “triggers for self-injurious behaviors”, positive perception after self-injury“, and “interpretation after self-injury”. The positive perception after self-injury and subjective interpretation would lead to “habitual self-injurious behaviors”. Therefore, they become a circular pattern of adolescents’ self-injurious behaviors. Based on the findings, implications for practice and further research were addressed as well. |
