中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的是: 1. 應用組織培養流程中之各項要素,盡可能將之簡化,找出最節省成本之量產栽培模式,期望以工廠生產之概念與方法,依組織培養苗生產過程中所需之物理環控條件,建構組織培養量產之生產線。 2. 在符合經濟原則之前提下,選定具有商業價值之作物,依其生理需求,建立可依環控策略來自動控制組織培養苗光合作用與呼吸作用及培養室內溫度之植物工廠。 本研究在日昇生物科技公司已完成之組織培養苗量產植物工廠中進行,此植物工廠基本上可分成三大區塊,其功能與產能如下。 1. 調製作業區:具培養基調製、裝填、封瓶、殺菌與置冷功能,每日最高產能為3,000瓶。 2. 移植作業區:共有45台無菌操作台,主要功能為提供無菌環境,以便進行開瓶、芽體移植與封瓶作業時不被污染,每台每日最高產能為110瓶。 3. 培養作業區:配置全自動光週期控制與溫度控制裝置。風扇水牆法兼具降溫與提高組織培養瓶口氣流速度之功能,可提高組織培養瓶之換氣能力。活動式多層立體床架之設計可將單位面積之產能提高達13倍。全自動往復式自走光照裝置可將需求的燈管數量減半,降低一半的光照設備成本。 這種具高產能、低成本的組織培養苗量產植物工廠正進行商業營運中,其主要產品為蘭花。最後,衝量植物工廠之發展,就燈具之維護與省電方面之考慮,未來應繼續深入探討使用各種發光二極體之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The main objectives of this study are: 1. To apply every key element in the tissue culture process and simplify the minimal costs model for the mass production of tissue-culture plantlets in a plant factory, and; 2. To select appropriate crops with a commercial potential in order to establish their automatic environmental control strategy of photosynthesis, respiration and temperature, within a plant factory and based on their respective physiological requirement. A plant factory mainly developed for this study has been built within the Sunrise Biotechnology Company, and consists of three operating blocks. Their functions and capacities are as follows: 1. Preparation area: For preparing cultural media, filling, sealing, sterilization and cooling of vessels; a maximum capacity of 3,000 vessels per day. 2. Transplanting area: There are 45 bacteria-free operating tables for the opening and sealing of vessels and their transplanting without contamination; a maximum capacity of nearly 5,000 vessels per day. 3. Raising area: A fan and pad system is being used to remove the extra thermal energy and also to increase the exchange rate of gas inside and outside the vessels. Movable multi-layer benches equipped with retractable light mounting fixtures were installed in this area. The system can increase the plant's raising area per unit of land, by up to 13 times, and halve the lighting costs of the traditional nursery operations. Presently, a high productively and low cost plant factory producing tissue culture plantlets for the orchid industry has been established and is currently under commercial operation. Further studies investigating the application of high intensity light-emitting - diode (LED) for tissue culture practices, in order to reduce electricity costs and simplify the maintenance of light, have been suggested. |
