中文摘要 | 本研究目的乃在瞭解目前商用複合地板之物理性質、機械性質以及尺寸安定性,並比較其與一般商用實木地板之差異性,同時探討利用超音波法檢測技術評估地板材質之可行性。結果指出,各類地板之靜曲性質方面,以實木地板與竹材集成地板優於各類複合式地板,複合式地板之強度受所貼面之木、竹材厚度影響,有愈厚強度愈佳之趨勢。硬度方面,以硬質纖維板地板硬度最高,木、竹材地板方面,有竹材地板高於實木之趨勢。吸水厚度膨脹率方面,有竹材集成地板低於實木地板之趨勢。以超音波評估各地板之性質方面,可以動彈性係數作為評估地板性質之依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to investigate the properties of commercial wood compound flooring, and compare it to commercial solid wood flooring using on ultrasonic-wave method. We found that the bending strength properties of solid wood floors and laminated bamboo floors were superior to those of the compound floors. Moreover, the bending strength properties of the compound floors improved by increasing the thickness of the overlaid wood and bamboo. The hardness of the hardboard was highest; on the other hand, laminated bamboo floors were superior to wood floors. Values for thickness swelling were similar among samples. Furthermore, it is feasible to evaluate the bending properties of floors by using the dynamic modulus of elasticity (DMOE). |
