中文摘要 | 本計畫以護專教育環境中之教育人員如何落實教育倫理為研究主題。近年來有科際整合學科─教育倫理學之出現,係由教育學與倫理學整合而成,是教育人類學之延伸,在探詢教育闕係的維持及教育人員專業倫理。 人與教育環境是一種有機構成,校園中之教學與活動,若能充滿愛與和諧;同時校園也能提供倫理運作與附著之良好客體 (情境與氛圍),在此載體上,成員間從事互動、溝通及情感凝聚,就能奠定學校共同體意識,進而具體促進校園倫理優質化,而這些成涉及教育人員教育倫理之有無與良窳。 本文無意陷入數字典量化之迷思,擬經由質的探究,以教育倫理學的角度與面向來反省、詮釋、批判護專教育人員之倫理素養與運作。本文之探詢在相關文獻之蒐集、分析外,也採用補充的技術──問卷及標準化開放式訪談,做為輔助性之探索,依循的理路除了教育倫理學的觀點,也密切掌握教改理念,探索的主軸涉及教育價值,因此要運用哲學的思辨、分析與批判,俾發現問題及提出芻議。希冀藉由此行動研究引發護專教育人員對有關教育倫理之種種從事反思、對話與行動。 |
英文摘要 | The subject matter of this project focuses on how education crew carries out pedagogical ethics in colleges of nursing. The emergence of the interdisciplinary study- “pedagogical ethics” -in recent years derives from the combination of pedagogy and ethics. It can be seen as an extension of pedagogical anthropology, which probes the maintenance of pedagogy re1ationships and the pedagogical ethics of education crew. People and educational environment constitute a sort of organic construction. Provided that the campus is filled with love and harmony in all kinds of teaching activities, the campus becomes a fine object of function and adhesion of ethics (in terms of situation and aura). Within this object members have interaction, communication, and adhesion; then they can form a collective consciousness of school community and create higher quality of ethics of school. All these are concerned with the pedagogical ethics of education crew. This article intends not to get involved in the myth of amount and quantity; on the contrary, by means of qualitative research and from the perspective of pedagogical ethics, the education crew in colleges of nursing’s ethics is designed to be examined, interpreted, and criticized. Besides the collection and analysis of some related documents, another measures-questionnaire and standardized open-ended interview are also applied as auxiliary tools. In addition to the frame of reference of pedagogical ethics, the concepts of educational reformation are deeply considered as well. Because the concern is related to the value of education, this project will use philosophical argumentation/resolution/commentation to explore questions and make suggestions. The researcher expects that this active research would trigger more reflexivity, dialogues, and action of the pedagogical ethics among the education crew in colleges of nursing. |
