中文摘要 | 本論文為課程探究,針對現行護專課程之評析,經由問卷、訪談及哲學之思辨、分析、批判,以探詢現行課程之缺失、學生對課程之需求及這專未來課程規畫設計與發展之走向,並對學校行政、教育行政提出具體建議。在現行課程評析方面,從事各學校實施現況的比較、歸納分析,以取得統合的觀點。其次,經由問卷及焦點訪談以探詢護專學生的課程需求與意見,以提供各校參考,使能兼顧學校的教育和學生的需妥。經由問卷、訪談亦可暸解是否需要提供學生適當的選課指導及生涯輔導。在與各校主要課程設計人員之訪談中,將探索各校是否設置「課程委員會」及該會之運作情形;課程編製有無重視學生的參與意見;有無實施「課程評鑑」有無利用「社區資源」;所開出的是否「適性課程」是否確實讓學生有「選修」的機會;有無從事「選課意願」調查;各校非正式課程、潛在課程 (含意識型態) 實施情形是否應成立專責單位以統籌規畫等問題。由於涉及教育價值問題,須有理論及哲學之指導,本研究除了掌握各種課程的理論取向之外,也採用哲學的思辨、分析與批判,希望盱衡課程發展趨勢,以全人教育的角度觀照,配合適性、彈性、自由、豐富、多元的觀點 (此蘊含個人正義及社會正義),運用哲學「分析」與「批判」兩個重要功能,從事兼顧教育實踐的理念重建及提出護專課程發展的具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | This essay is curriculum inquiry. which can be seen as evaluation of the existent colleges of nursing’s curricula It explores the weaknesses of the existent curricula. the students' needs for curricula, and colleges of nursing’s prospective curriculum plan and development and it offers' specific proposals for school and educational administration through questionnaire. interview, and philosophical argumentation /resolution / commentation. Firstly. in the aspect of actual curriculum evaluation, the school operation condition is compared and analyzed to get the integrated viewpoints. Next. by questionnaires and focus interview we can know colleges of nursing’s students’ opinions of and needs for curricula We can offer the results to those schools who require. and we can make both school education and students’ needs equal. We can also know whether we should provide the students with appropriate course-taking instruction and career advice by questionnaires and interview. Thirdly. during the interview with course-designing personnel from various schools. I intend to make a research whether schools should organize the "Curricula Committee" and the condition of the committee. In addition, other researches include: whether crurse-making absorbs students’ opinions; whether the "course evaluation" is practiced; whether community resources" are used; whether the "fitness of courses" is considered; whether students can take course at will; whether making an investigation of "will of course-taking" of students; the practice condition of different schools’ abnormal curricula and potential curricula (including ideology), whether constituting responsible organizations to unify and regulate. To sum up, due to the problem of educational value, we need the support of theory and philosophy. This project holds all sorts of theories of courses and philosophical speculation/resolution/commentation as well to take the trend of curricula development into consideration. It applies two important philosophical functions. resolution and commentation. to be engaged in both idea reconstruction of educational practice and offering the concrete ad vice of colleges of nursing' s curricula development with the vantage points of all-talented education, fitness. flexibility. freedom. Fertility (containing personal and social justice). |
