中文摘要 | 人類社會的發展歷經了農業化與工業化社會 目前已經進入資訊化的高科技時代,科技進步的同時也對勞工產生新的危害,並造成這多不良的結果,全世界的工作人口大約佔58%,這群成年人一生當中將近有三分之一的時間是在工作場所中渡過的,工作環境對於人們的健康有著正面與負面的影響,而世界經濟與快速科技的發展改變了勞工職業的型態,帶來了新的健康風險,世界衛生組織為了進工作人群的健康,積極與世界勞工組織合作為促進勞工的健康而努力!以場所性的健康促進之策略(Health setting approach)為公認最有效的方式,結合此項概念的場所有健康城市、健康促進學校、醫院、商場以及工作場所等,本文試著先瞭解在資訊化時代的來臨對現今勞動市場所面臨的挑戰像是全球化競爭壓力下,節省成本的考量往往使得勞工的權益受損,但是因職業意外災害所造成的損失往往是非常龐大的!有鑑於此健康專業人員必須跳脫以往單一專家面向的思考模式,以全面性、整體性的新思維促成各領域的合作共同提供勞工一個健康的工作環境,本文是以世界衛生組織發展健康促進工作場所七個步驟的規劃為基礎,分析工作場所健康促進的理論與實務,以及實際在澳大利亞推行健康促進工作場所的成功案例來做探討,期望能透過這樣一個工作場所健康管理的新思維來更有效率解決勞工健康上的問題。 |
英文摘要 | It has become clear that the technological development increasingly threatens the ecological system and risks induced by technology have changed societies in a wide range of areas and have had several negative consequences for mankind. Setting approach for health promotion has been recognized as an effective method to improve people’s health. Workplace in one of the most important settings in the society. Recently, workplace health promotion (WHP) has only become a major issue in the field of health management. WHP programs which aim to improve worker’s health by addressing individual risk factors also consider the underlying workplace structures and practices which bring about exposure to such hazards and how improvement might be made which can result in better health. There are many essential phases for the health management development according to World Health Organization guideline of the WHP programmes. Each phase has different kinds of step or work needs to be done. The aims of the paper are reviewing the theories and strategies of WHP, and to examining the phases of WHP which developed by the World Health Organization. While the and activities have general relevance and may be adapted to Taiwanese workplaces. To encourage each of the workplace to adapt and reframe the generic process to meet their own unique circumstances.. |
