中文摘要 | 本文係針對耐隆/嫘縈拉舍爾織物之螢光增白加工的同色性效果及白度作改善;耐隆/嫘縈拉舍爾為耐隆及嫘縈兩種不同纖維所織成,因不用纖維具有不同的染色吸收性,所以欲達到同色性的效果較為困難,若螢光增白加工含有少許分散性染料吊藍增白,則不同色性現象更為嚴重。此研究乃針對螢光增白劑、加工條件、使用不同染料吊藍情況及後續抗黃化處理對同色性效果及白度之影響作討論。由實驗結果得知,加少量直接染料Violet4BLE與含分散性染料之螢光增白劑一起搭配使用。以90℃ × 20 min 加工,再降溫至80℃ × 15min處理,可改善耐隆/嫘縈拉舍爾織物在螢光增白加工時之白度及同色性問題。 |
英文摘要 | This article was focused on the improvement of whiteness and synchrocolour in the fluorescent whitening process of nylon/rayon raschel fabrics. Since the two kinds of fibers got different dye adsorption, the synchrocolour was hardly achieved. If the blue disperse dyes applied in the process were not enough, it became more difficult to carry out the synchrocolour The study was to discuss the effect of fluorescent whitening agent, processing conditions, different blueing disperse dyes and following anti-yellowing treatment on the whiteness and synchrocolour. According to the experimental results, the whiteness and synchrocolour of nylon/rayon raschel fabrics in the fluorescent whitening process could be improved by adding a few of direct dyes, Direct violet 48L, and the disperse dye with fluorescent whitening agent under the condition of 960C x20min for processing and 800C x 15min for temperature descending. |
