中文摘要 | 本研究主要以PET/ESPET為海島型原料,利用海與島雙組份原料經複合紡絲,溶於海原料使纖維細化至直徑300nm以下之海島型超極細纖維,實驗中海島纖維比例由80/20~50/50,島纖維比例越低,所製成之單纖細度越細。減量溶除海組份原料條件之正確性為多島纖維技術開發重要關鍵,除需確實溶除海組份且需留下起極細之島組份;由實驗結果比較10g/1 NoOH × 10ml ×110℃ × 15’減量率46-78%為最佳條件。 |
英文摘要 | In this experiment, we used PET/ESPET as sea-island conjugated material to spin out sea-island fiber, eliminated sea part of the ESPET and left island part of the PET, let the fiber become ultrafine fiber and its diameter thin to under 300nm. In this experiment, the sea and island wt.% ratios is from 80/20 to 50/50, with the island part ratio become lower the chivy fiber become more thin. The important key point of multi-island ultrafine fiber developing technology is the correct condition of alcohol reduction sea part material. Beside decreasing sea part material clearly, we need to leave ultrafine island part material From this experiment results, both of the best alcohol reduction ratio is 46-78% under condition 10g/1 NaOH × 10ml × 1l0℃ × 15. |
