中文摘要 | 長久以來受壓桿件之研究一直是鋼構學門之探討重點,然而討論之斷面大多限於型鋼斷面,針業組合斷面(Build- up Section)之研究相對較少。由於缺乏組合斷面之相關研究,1989年ASD沒有提供相關之設計公式,僅說明單一桿件之細長比不得大於組合構件之3/4,直到1986年LRFD才首次有組合構件之設計公式E4-1、E4-2和E4-3,惟該等公式不考慮斷面分離比係數(α)。1991年Aslani與Goel首次根據Bleich之理論公式推導出適用一般邊界條件之通用公式,該等公式在1993年之AISC-LRFD正式被採納。雖然Aslani與Goele為上述公式提出4根試體測試資料,然而該測試根據Aslani與Goel之說法並針對該等公式而設計,所以試驗結果僅可視為非直接測試。因此1993年之AISC-LRFD設計公式仍缺乏直接實驗測試。本研究針對上述問題,運用雙槽型組合鋼柱構件進行有系統的直接測試,測試結果顯示AISC-LRFD之設計公式基本上是合理惟相當保守。 |
英文摘要 | Although substantial research of compressive members has been done in the past, there is a shortage of research in built-up compressive members. Because of the lack of this information, the AISC-ASD specifications of 1989 provide no specific provision the design of built-up compressive members except that the slenderness ratio of each component element does not exceed three-quarter the governing slenderness ratio of the built-up member. In 1986, the AISC-LRFD is the first time to introduce the design formulas E4-1, E4-2, and E4-3 to design professions. However, the formulas were provided without considering the separation ratio (α). In 1991, Aslani and Goel presented a theoretical formula which derived based on Bleich s formula provided by Aslani Goel has been adopted by the AISC-LRFD of 1993. Although Aslani and Goel have provided the parametric verifications and an indirect experimental verification including 4 specimen, the direct experimental verification has been none. The study is based on the problem specified above and provide the direct experimental verifications. This study concluded that the AISC-LRFD formulas for built-up columns are reasonable and are conservative. |
