中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市發展遲緩兒童家庭支援及家庭需求之現況,採立意取樣方式,對象為臺北市公私立幼稚園及兒童早期療育發展中心的發展遲緩兒童的家長,共寄出230分問卷,回收121份問卷,回收率百分之五十三,經由次數分配、百分比、標準差、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計分析方法,主要的研究結果如下: 1.發展遲緩兒童及其家庭背景資料之現況 發展遲緩兒童主要以男性為主,大部份領有自閉症,多重障礙及智能障礙等的身心障礙手冊。多數兒童在醫院接受過醫療診斷及復健與訓鍊;發展遲緩兒童母親的年齡為31至40歲,主要的家庭結構為大家庭。 2.發展遲緩兒童家庭支援情形普遍屬於中度支援。在情緒性和訊息性支援方面,最主要的支援來源為「幼稚園、托兒所或早療機構老師」;在工具性支援方面,「社會福利機構」所提供的支援為最主要的支援來源。 3.「發展遲緩兒童家庭結構」因素在家庭支援的差異上達顯著性差異。 4.發展遲緩兒童家庭需求之性形普遍屬於高度需求程度,在需求向度的程度以「資訊需求」、「專業需求」為最需要,其次是「精神需求」、「經濟需求」及「服務需求」。 5.「發展遲緩兒童的出生序」、「發展遲緩類別」、「接受復健與訓練情形」、「發展遲緩兒童母親的教育程度」以及「家庭結構」等因素在家庭需求上達到顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research study is to understand the family's support and family needs toward the developmental delay children in Taipei country. Survey in form of questionnaire is conducted in order to gain some data, The object sample for the study comprises a group of parents of children from Public Taipei Kindergarten, Mental Care Center of developmental delay Children. 230 survey forms are distributed and 121 forms are later sent back, where 101 forms are considered non-effective, making the scale of 53% out of total forms. The methods used in the survey analysis are: decimals, standard deviations, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The outcomes of the survey are as follows: 1. The background of the developmental delay children Family. Most of them are the eldest children in their families. Most of the developmental delay children are characterized by autism, physical and mental disorder. Most of these children have received proper medical treatment and training and been gradually receiving. The ages of the majority of mother that undergo the survey range from 31 to 40. 2. A mid-level support is given to these families. The greatest emotional support is derived from mediums such as: teachers from kindergarten school, pre-nursery center and treatment center. The above mediums also provide these families with information network, whereas the devices applied are derived from Community Welfare Foundation. 3. The component of these families is in the variation (difference) of their needs. 4. The needs of these families are categorized in a high level condition. The chief needs include: information demand, professionals demand, and the minor needs comprise psychological demand, economic demand and the demand of service. 5. The variation of these families' background toward the difference of their needs include: the position of a child in a family, the type of the development, the reception of training and treatment, the education level of mothers, the structure of family, and these variations reveal an apparent discrepancy. |
