中文摘要 | 蓋聶原是提倡行為學派的心理學家,後來他的教學理論漸漸採用認知心理學派的觀點。他以學習理論為基礎,探討教學歷程,以建立學習理論,此種教學理論可應用於實際教學情境中,以驗證其效果,同時可經由回饋而加以修正。蓋聶認為藉由練習或經驗產生的學習可有八種型態,所以蓋聶提出八個學習階層的學習理論,為了使學習分層的原則能讓教師運用於教學上,蓋聶提出了五種學習結果、兩種學習條件及八個教學理論。 本文本係將蓋聶的八個教學理論運用於青少年對心肺復甦術(Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitaion,簡稱CPR)的學習,它顧慮了學生的起點行為,重視每個教學過程,不僅在認知的學習上有很大益處,對學生學習技能亦有收穫,並於最後將回饋的部份做修正,使教學更加完善。 |
英文摘要 | Gagne is a famous psychologist. He studies the teaching process and contracts the learning theory by using learning theorem as basis. As a result, the eight-level learning theorem is proposes. Gagne provides five learning outcomes. Two learning conditions and eight teaching theorems in order for the principles of learning levels be used the instructors during class. The article uses Gagne’s learning levels. Apples to CPR curriculum and follows Gagne’s teaching steps. So the students are able to achieve great result in cognition and skill. Not only the knowledge, but also the CPR license issued by the Department of Health, the students get. Therefore, the teaching theorem is well worth to be promoted to the public. |
