中文摘要 | 全方位的創意思維架構與知識新的經營模式是「超競爭優勢」(Hyper Competition)時代決勝的關鍵要素。知識驅動型公司,智力資本是無價資產,創新策略是激勵想像力、凝聚力量,領先群倫的利器。本文旨在探究知識經濟的有效虛擬經營模式與策略經營網絡。從價值創新的源頭,催化企業經營的戰略驅動,串聯顧客、員工、供應商及產業,形成協鷹創新工作平臺,活化組織學習,創造新的價?體系市場空間,發揮跨產業合作互補性競爭力優勢,連結的紐帶在知識創新的分享與活用。研究結果顯示,「虛擬企業」市場空間的創新策略是:活化「知識社群」,從客戶的抱怨與回饋,創新顧客價值;建立誠信、創新企業文化,以激放持續創新能力;以及鼓勵員工業內創業,確保企業永久活力,煥發組織無窮的創意與核心能力。 |
英文摘要 | An omni-directional innovative thought structure and the knowledge innovative management model are the key factor of the Hyper Competition time. For a knowledge-driven corporation, the intelligent assets is priceless, and the innovative strategy is weapon of inspiring imagination, condensing strength, leading others. The purpose of this paper is to inquire into the effective virtual management and strategic management network of the knowledge economics. From the source of crating value, the strategy of driving business management, and linking the customers, employees, supplies, and industries, it was formed to cooperating a innovative-work platform, activating organizational learning, creating a new market space of the new value, crossing industry cooperation for the advantage of supplementary completions, linking the share and usage of knowledge innovation. This research indicated that the innovative strategy of the market of a Virtual Business are: to activate a knowledge social group to create the customers’ value based upon the customers’ complaints and feedbacks, to establish a good faith and creative business culture in order to inspire a continuous innovative capability, and to encourage the creativity of employees in order to endure a permute business vigor and glow a infinitive business innovation. |
