中文摘要 | 飲用水中含生物可分解之有機物質時,可能導致配水管網生物膜之形成,進而影響住戶飲用水之品質。為瞭解不同性質有機物之生物分解差異性,本研究利用氣壓式呼吸儀,除比較添加不同菌液與變卮不同溫度對兩種基質,包括醋酸鈉與水楊酸,被生物分解量之影響外,另加氯對水中生物可分解有儀物含量之的,亦在此作討論。 實驗結果顯示,以植菌方式進行氣壓式呼吸儀測定醋酸鈉及水楊酸之生物可分解量時,其偵測極限值受溫度及植入菌種來源不同而有所差異。在固定溫定下,兩種基質被分解之量,些微受不同原生菌液影響。比較相同碳量之水楊酸與醋酸鈉,前者被微生物分解之量低於後者;而固定基質及菌液條件下,溫度較高者,基質被生物分解之量高於低溫者。另水中有機物被生物分解之量則隨加氯量之增加而增加。 |
英文摘要 | The organic matter in treated water used as a substrate for microorganism can generate the proliferation of microorganism and thus affect the water quality in the distribution systems. To better comprehend the biodegradability of organic matter with different characteristics, brao-respirometric meter equipped with BOD sensor was used to evaluate the effects of various autochthonous bacteria was used to evaluate the effects of various autochthonous bacteria and temperatures on the biodegradability of two substrates, including sodium acetate and salicylic acid. According to the result, both detection limits of acetate-C/L and salicylic acid-C/L by baro-respirometric meter were apparently affected by different indigenous bacteria and temperatures. The biodegradability of two substrates was slightly affected by various amount of carbon for sodium acetate and salicylic acid, the biodegradability of the former was superior. Additionally, the higher temperature, the more biodegradability of substrate can be found in condition of the same concentration of substrate and autochthonous bacteria. Meanwhile, more chlorine dosage applied on source water can prompt the biodegradability of organic matter existed. |
