中文摘要 | 本篇使用標準添加法,藉著微波消化[(500μL HNO3+50μL H2O2)80℃10分鐘]和石墨式原子吸光法,可準確測得煤碳(10mg)中鈹的含量(0.29-25.00 ng)。經微波消化萃出的Be(II)與乙醯丙酮(acctylacctone, acac)作用,形成Be(acac)2之螫合物,流經C18 cartridge前濃縮後,用甲醇(2.00mL)沖洗出,取出20μL使用石墨式成子吸光儀,測得鈹的含量。藉著測試煤碳標準參考樣品(SRM 1632c)及SRM1635(由文獻報告之值)得知本方法的準確度良好。測試SRM1632c、SRM1635及三個煤碳實際樣品的添加回收率在96.6-103.4%之間,此五種煤碳的方法偵測極限值(MDL, 3σ)約在0.29-0.53ng之間。本方法可應用在測定實際煤碳樣品質由鈹的含量或濃度。 |
英文摘要 | Trace amounts of Be (0.29-25.00ng) in a coal sample (10mg) could be accurately determined by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GFAAS) using the standard addition method together with microwave digestion (500 μL of conc. HNO3+50 μL of H2O2) at 80℃ for 10 min. The Be(II) leached out from the coal matrix reacted with acetylacetone (acae) and formed a chelate of beryllium acetylacetonate [Be(acac)2]. The chelate was preconcentrated on a C18 cartridge, eluted by methanol, and the content of Be was measured by GFAAS. The observed values were in agreement with the certified value for coal SRM 1632c and the reported values for SRM 1635, respectively. Good recoveries (96.6-103.4%) were obtained for coal SRM 1632c, SRM 1635, and three real coal samples. The method detection limits (3σ) of Be, in the above five coals were found to be in the range of 0.29-0.53 ng. |
