| 中文摘要 | AISI 1015低碳鋼線材經過伸線、冷打加工成球狀,再經920℃之滲碳硬化處理後,因表面具有良之耐磨特性,而廣為國內小型鋼珠業者所愛用,其主要用途包含自行車軸承用鋼珠及研磨盤用耐磨鋼珠等。但近年來,業者面臨外國鋼珠品質提升、及低成本等威脅。獲利空間逐漸縮小,因而欲提高滲碳溫度以增加效率、降低成植,但過程中則面臨愈高溫滲碳,晶粒愈容易粗大造成韌性不定等品質問題。為因應鋼珠之高品質穩定性及省略二次淬火等需求,研究經由鋼中添加A1、Nb、Ti、B的方式,找出抑制滲碳粗晶的有效成份設計及應用第二相析出物對晶界之固著效應(Pinning Effect),開發出耐滲碳粗晶之微合金成份設計,以滿足鋼珠業者之需求。 |
| 英文摘要 | Owing to the good wear resistance of products after carburization treatment at 920℃, AISI 1015 low carbon steel wire rod has been wildly applied to the end use of steel balls for bicycle bearing and grinding disk. Recently the tendency of adopting higher temperature in carburization to improve the process efficiency and cost effectiveness was practiced in steel ball industry, meanwhile the higher the carburization temperature, the more the problem of grain coarsening was concerned. In this study, a remedy of anti-grain coarsening composition design was developed by microalloying with A1, Nb and B and applying the pinning effect of second phase precipitates on grain boundary to meet the demands of steel ball industry. |
