英文摘要 | Referring to related studies of organizational change, we analyzed the adapting measures that have been taking place at Sacred Heart since more than a decade ago. Our conclusion: 1. Facing the pressure from internal and external changes, the organization has relied on expanding the scope of its services, updating its administrative and fund-raising scheme, establishing networks of resourced-sharing, and diversifying its funding sources to cope with the challenges. 2. As its organizational structure evolves, it will have to concern itself with the increasing pubic scrutiny and how well it is going to meet the higher demand of accountability. 3. Although networking may provide a sense of security and support, the organization will have to seek the balance between keeping to its founding mission and cooperating with other network partners. |
