中文摘要 | 二甜椒品種嫁接於六辣椒品種(品系),癒合過程中通入750 ppm二氧化碳濃度,調查嫁接苗生長情形。以‘福芳’及‘銘星’接穗嫁接‘百香’砧之生長性狀表現較佳,而‘美香’砧生長性狀較差。嫁接苗嫁接處強度隨天數增加而增強,嫁接後12天‘生生4號’砧之嫁接處強度表現顯著最佳,‘美香’或5B11-3砧則顯著最差,提高二氧化碳處理可增加之。葉片蒸散作用以‘百香’、‘生生四號’砧顯著較佳,‘美香’砧顯著最差。嫁接親和性較高的組合,提高CO2濃度有顯著促進生長的效果。 |
英文摘要 | ‘Andalus’ and ‘Lucky Fragrance’ sweet pepper scions grafted on six hot pepper rootstocks were used in this study. These grafted plants were circulated with under 750 ppm CO2 concentration for twelve days. The plant growth in the combinations of ‘Andalus’ and ‘Lucky Fragrance’ sweet pepper scion grafted on ‘Passion’ hot pepper rootstock were the best among the various combination, and the poor growth of the grafted plants was the ‘hot beauty’ hot pepper rootstock. The graft union breaking force of plant was increased as days after grafting increased. The breaking force of Hot pepper ‘194’ rootstock was the highest among the force of rootstocks. ‘Hot beauty’ or 5B113 rootstocks didn’t increased the force after grafting 12 days, but the force could increased by the elevated CO2 treatment. Plants grafted on ‘Passion’ and ‘194’ rootstocks increased evaporation, but ‘hot beauty’ rootstock wasn’t. Elevated CO2 treatment could increase transpiration rate. |
