中文摘要 | 農藥種類繁多,且各種農藥的化學結構不同,造成不同的農藥需採用不同的檢測方法。中草藥中農藥殘留量屬於微量級,因此必須選擇高靈敏度的檢測器才能檢測出其中殘留農藥,且檢測方法也必須具有快捷、方便、靈敏度高等特點。近幾年來為了更有效地控制中草藥和中藥相關產品的品質,讓人吃了具有「綠色」的中藥,得快速發展中草藥中農藥殘留的檢測技術;本文將介紹光譜分析技術、色譜技術、光譜和色譜並用等相關技術,期促進檢測技術的開發以確保用藥安全和擴大中草藥海外市場,同時研究建立具有較大實用價值的中草藥中農藥殘留量之定性或定量的新方法。 |
英文摘要 | The large amounts of pesticides with different chemical structure resulting in different pesticides need to use different detection methods. Pesticide residues in herbal medicine is trace class, so you must choose a high sensitivity detector which can detect pesticide residues, and the detection method must also have fast, convenient and high sensitivity. In recent years, the rapid development of pesticide residue detection technology for Chinese herbal medicine and more effectively control the product quality of herbs and medicine have people eat with "green" in Chinese herbs. This article will introduce spectroscopy, chromatography, spectroscopy and chromatography with other related technologies promoting the development of detection technologies in order to ensure drug safety and expand overseas markets of Chinese herbal medicine. The greater practical value of pesticide residues in the new qualitative or quantitative methods of Chinese herbal will be establishment. |
