中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討影響輔導人員角色效能高低的可能因素,及其彼此相關、差異及影響程度;對不同角色效能的輔導人員的區別力,前因對結果的預測力與解釋力。綜合研究結果,提出建議,作為培訓輔導人員之參考,提昇輔導人員角色效能。 本研究兼採文獻分析法及問卷調查法,以臺灣省、臺北市、高雄市之國民中學輔導人員為取樣範圍,抽取樣本1400人,收回有效問卷986份,回收率為70.4%。進一步以單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析、區別分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,將所得資料予以統計分析,所得結果分別加以討論。 研究結果歸納如下:影響輔導人員角色效能的決定性因素包括輔導人員自我概念、情意反應、目標設定、行動控制、策略運用等,各因素間具有顯著相關。輔導人員自我概念、情意反應、目標設定、行動控制、策略運用愈佳,則其角色效能也愈好。國中輔導人員自我概念、情意反應、目標設定、行動控制、策略應用等變項,能有效區別高中低角色效能三組的輔導人員,亦能有效預測與解釋其角色效能。「目標設定」、「目標投入」是最能預測輔導人員角色效能的變項與層面因素。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims at purposes: To explore the factors that possibly affect the counselors' role effect, the discriminant that affect the counselors' role effect, and the predictive and explanatory effect the causes have on the effects, a reference for counselor-training to enhance the counselors' role effect. The results are concluded as follows: The counselors' self-concept, affective reaction, goal setting, action control and strategy exercise are decisive factors that influence their role effect, and between the factors have highly correlation. The more counselors' self-concept, affective reaction, goal-setting, action control, strategy exercise, the better counselors' role effect. Variables like self-concept, affective reaction, goal-setting, action control and strategy exercise can effectively distinguish the counselors' role effect, and able to predictive and explain to the counselors' role effect. "Goal-setting" and "goal devotion" are variables and factors most predictive of the counselors' role effect. |
